目的:探讨大力新合剂对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法:取小鼠随机分成4组,对照组、大力新合剂高、中、低(2.30,1.15,0.575g.kg-1)剂量组。采用常压耐缺氧法记录小鼠缺氧存活时间;采用负重游泳法记录小鼠游泳存活时间,采用比色分析法测定小鼠游泳45min后血清乳酸及肝、肌糖原的含量。结果:大力新合剂能延长小鼠缺氧状态下的存活时间,延长小鼠负重游泳的存活时间,使小鼠游泳45min后血清乳酸含量明显减少,肝、肌糖原的含量明显增加。结论:大力新合剂具有耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用,其机制可能与降低乳酸含量,增加肝、肌糖原含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Dali Xinkai Mixture on hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue in mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, the control group, Dali Xin mixture of high, medium and low doses (2.30,1.15,0.575g.kg-1) dose group. The hypoxia survival time was recorded by the anaerobic hypoxia method. The swimming time of the mice was recorded by the method of weight-bearing swimming. The contents of serum lactic acid, liver and muscle glycogen were determined by colorimetric assay 45min after swimming. Results: Dali Xixin Mixture can prolong the survival time of hypoxic mice and prolong the survival time of mice. After 45 minutes of swimming, the content of serum lactic acid and the content of liver and muscle glycogen obviously increased. Conclusion: Dali Xin Mixture can resist hypoxia and fatigue. Its mechanism may be related to the decrease of lactate content and the increase of liver and muscle glycogen content.
