2002年在加拿大温哥华举行的国际输血协会委员会会议上对红细胞命名作了修改。原命名系统于1995年修订,并分别在1996、1998、2000年有调整。现在最新的分类信息可以在血型命名学网站(http:／／www.iccbba.com／page25htm)查到。 Rh、Lutheran、Kell、Cromer和Knops系统都增加了新的抗原。另外创建了I、Globoside、GIL等3个新的血型系统(27~29系统)(见表1)。对RH1(D)和RH1变异体抗原的表位新的命名法达成了一致,结果将单独报道。
The red blood cell nomenclature was revised in 2002 at the International Society of Blood Transfusion Association meeting in Vancouver, Canada. The original naming system was revised in 1995 and has been adjusted in 1996, 1998 and 2000 respectively. Now the latest classification information can be found in the blood type naming website (http://www.iccbba.com/page25htm). New antigens have been added to Rh, Lutheran, Kell, Cromer and Knops systems. In addition, three new blood type systems (27-29 systems) such as I, Globoside and GIL have been created (see Table 1). The new nomenclature for the RH1 (D) and RH1 variant antigens has been agreed and the results will be reported separately.
