国内有关肝性脊髓病(Hepatic myelopathy)的病例报导不多,临床资料较少。最近我们遇到一例较比典型的病例,现整理报导如下。病历摘要患者庞某某,男:50岁,退休工人,主因厌食,腹胀10余年;两下肢瘫痪3年,神智不清3天,于1974年3月28日急症入院。患者于10年前因食欲不振、腹胀、腹部日渐增大在某医院诊为“肝硬化”;近8年来,曾间断出现神智不清,多次住石市各医院治疗,均诊为“肝硬化并发肝昏迷”,经 Domestic cases of Hepatic myelopathy reported few cases, less clinical data.
