Recently, the China Geological Society 2013 Top Ten Geological Science and Technology Progress and the Top Ten geological prospecting results announced. The progress of the ten geological science and technology are respectively the evolution of the earliest primate skeletons and the genus Rhinopithecus, the laws of accumulation of high temperature and high pressure natural gas in the Yinggehai Basin and major discoveries, the autonomous development of UAV integrated magnetic / China pyrochlore supernatural new mineral research, deep exploration technology and experimental research project, Xiangshan large-scale uranium orefield scientific drilling deep metallogenic environment and breakthrough in uranium polymetallic resources, China’s tight oil base geological theory, key technology research and exploration A major breakthrough was found in the discovery of super-large epithermal copper-gold deposits in the Duolong ore district in Tibet, geological disasters in the Wenchuan earthquake, evolution mechanism and regulation of groundwater in the North China Plain.
