在南昌高新区,处处活跃着掌握了产业技术“前端、高端、深端”的央企身影,中节能、中建材、中航工业、航天科工等“中”字头央企已经成为推动南昌高新区产业升级发展当仁不让的主角。目前南昌高新区已落户央企12家,涉及领域包括生物医药、LED、航空、信息技术、新型材料战略性新兴产业以及物流、商贸现代服务业等。其中,中节能集团投资100亿元建设低碳产业园和区域总部项目,区域总部占地38亩,建设高208米45层的超高层大厦;中国航天科工集团投资10亿元建设区域总部“航天科工大厦”项目,项目占地30亩,建设两栋100米以上的高端科研楼;中国航天科技集团除了控股鄱湖云,组建“航天鄱湖云科技公司”开发卫星应用及智慧城市项目外,还将在高新区打造航天技术应用产业园。此外,许多央企利用南昌高新区的优质企业资源,通过控股兼并等形式进行强强联合,加速推进区域产业升级。南昌高新区还将目光盯向中国机械工业集团、中国建材集团、中国电子信息产业集团等央企,围绕现有产业,加强与央企对接与合作,通过吸引龙头企业垂直整合产业链,带动相关配套企业入驻,形成“引进一个、建好一个、带来一批”的联动效应,打造央企入赣“桥头堡”。
