应用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星及其片剂的含量，方法简便、快速，结果准确，平均回收率为９９．８％，变异系数为０．２３％（ｎ＝６），测定结果与部颁标准法一致。
The content of ofloxacin and its tablets was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The method was simple, rapid and accurate with an average recovery of 99.8% and a coefficient of variation of 0.23% (n = 6) Ministerial standard method is consistent.
