1998年以来,黑龙江省各级财政部门始终把解决下岗职工和失业人员的再就业问题作为促进经济发展,维护社会稳定的头等大事来抓。积极配合劳动保障部门按照就业优先的原则,制定出台了一系列优惠政策,投入专项资金,强化工作措施,大力促进下岗职工和失业人员再就业工作,取得了明显成效。截至2002年7月底,全省国有企业下岗职工中有207.7万人通过各种形式实现了再就业,再就业率达到64.2%。
Since 1998, the financial departments at all levels in Heilongjiang Province have always taken the solution to the reemployment issue of laid-off workers and unemployed people as the top priority for promoting economic development and maintaining social stability. Actively cooperate with the labor and social security department in accordance with the principle of giving priority to employment, formulate and promulgate a series of preferential policies, devote special funds to strengthen the work measures and vigorously promote the reemployment of laid-off workers and unemployed people and achieved remarkable results. As of the end of July 2002, 2.077 million laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises in the province have achieved re-employment in various forms and the re-employment rate has reached 64.2%.
