现将我院2007-08-2010-08 40例恶性胸腔积液经多途径临床、病例诊断分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料单侧或双侧向腔积液患者,并且排除了其他疾病引起的胸腔积液及经病理诊断的各系统恶性肿瘤40例。其中男21例,女19例,年龄32～80(平均60)岁。除原发肿瘤的症状外,均有不同程度的气短和呼吸困难;其中咳嗽、咳痰或痰中带血者17例;胸闷气短者16例,上腹胀痛1例,胸痛2例。 Now our hospital 2007-08-2010-08 40 cases of malignant pleural effusion by multi-channel clinical, case diagnosis is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information Unilateral or bilateral fluid effusion patients, and ruled out other diseases caused by pleural effusion and pathologically diagnosed 40 malignant tumors of the system. There were 21 males and 19 females, aged 32-80 (mean 60 years). In addition to the primary tumor symptoms, there are varying degrees of shortness of breath and difficulty breathing; of which 17 cases of bloody cough, expectoration or sputum; shortness of breath in 16 cases of shortness of breath, abdominal pain in 1 case, 2 cases of chest pain.
