目的探讨气化电切联合膀胱灌注丝裂霉素治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法和疗效。方法回顾分析35例腺性膀胱炎患者联合膀胱灌注丝裂霉素行经尿道腺性膀胱炎气化电切术的临床资料。结果采用该方法治疗腺性膀胱炎,创伤小,恢复快,复发率低,获得良好的疗效。结论气化电切联合膀胱灌注化疗是治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of electrovaporization combined with intravesical instillation of mitomycin to treat cystitis glandularis. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with glandular cystitis combined with intravesical instillation of mitomycin C for transurethral cystitis by gastrotomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The method of treatment of glandular cystitis, trauma, fast recovery, low recurrence rate, access to good effect. Conclusion Gastric electrotomy combined with intravesical chemotherapy is an effective treatment for cystitis glandularis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
