本文报道不同遗传型的12个粳稻品种间正反交F_1对水稻花药培养力的影响,以及愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率与培养力的关系。研究表明,水稻同一类型中,不同品种间的培养力存在显著差异。两个培养力相差较为悬殊的品种杂交,其杂种一代的培养力介于双亲之间而偏向母本。正反交F_1培养力间存在显著差异。水稻品种的培养力受核质双重作用的影响,愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗分化率与培养力呈极显著的正复相关关系(R=0.9841~(**)),可用多元回归式表示如下: (?)=-2.48+0.18x_1+0.15x_2
In this paper, the effects of reciprocal F1 and F1 of 12 japonica rice varieties with different genetic types on the culture ability of anther of rice, the relationship between callus induction rate, green shoot differentiation rate and culture ability were reported. Studies have shown that in the same type of rice, there is a significant difference in culture ability among different varieties. Two cultivars with more disparities cross each other, and their hybrids have a culture force that ranges from one parent to another. There was significant difference between F1 and F1 in reciprocity.
