选用低度乙醇作为弱刺激因子,观察其对胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)及胃粘膜损伤的影响,探讨GMBF 与适应性细胞保护作用的关系。结果显示:10%、20%乙醇使大鼠 GMBF 增加,不引起胃粘膜损伤;40%及无水乙醇使大鼠 GMBF 减少,并产生明显的胃粘膜损伤;10%、20%的乙醇预先灌胃能减轻无水乙醇所致的胃粘膜损伤,部分抵抗无水乙醇所至的 GMBF 减少。经相关分析,GMBF 与损伤指数呈显著负相关。结果提示低度乙醇能增加 GMBF,具有适应性细胞保护作用。
Low ethanol was chosen as a weak stimulant to observe its effect on gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and gastric mucosal damage, and to explore the relationship between GMBF and adaptive cytoprotection. The results showed that: 10%, 20% ethanol increased GMBF in rats, did not cause gastric mucosal injury; 40% and ethanol decreased GMBF in rats, and produce significant gastric mucosal injury; 10%, 20% Stomach can reduce gastric mucosal damage caused by ethanol, and partially reduce the GMBF due to absolute ethanol. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between GMBF and injury index. The results suggest that low ethanol can increase GMBF, with adaptive cytoprotection.
