为解决传统热洗工艺循环路径长、热能利用率低且在低能低产井中热洗液易漏失污染油层或压死井问题,采用机械洗井阀和温控封隔器两种新型井下工具改进了传统热洗管柱结构,并对三种热洗管柱的热洗效果进行了对比。结果表明两种新型热洗工艺技术克服了传统热洗工艺的不足,可满足不同井筒条件。该工艺技术不仅具有明显的经济效益,降低劳动强度,减少油层污染,也具有明显的社会效益。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional hot-cleaning process has long circulation path, low utilization rate of heat energy and easy loss of hot-wash liquid in the low-energy and low-production wells, or oil-well killing, two new downhole tools, mechanical wash valve and temperature-control packer, The traditional hot-washed pipe column structure, and hot-washed column of three hot-washed effect were compared. The results show that the two new hot-cleaning technology overcome the shortcomings of the traditional hot-cleaning process to meet different wellbore conditions. The technology not only has obvious economic benefits, reducing labor intensity, reducing oil pollution, but also has obvious social benefits.
