环境中铅污染的来源十分广泛,除生产性来源外,生活性来源也不少见。本文报告了两例由于饮用铅合金电锅烧的水而致婴儿铅中毒的病例,值得重视。例一为三个月龄的女婴,足月正常产,无先天畸形,六周母乳后改为人工喂养,用统一的配方对一半水,患儿因出现呕吐、昏睡及反复抽搐而入院,无发热史,体检时见营养发育良好,前囟平软,无脑膜刺激征等异常所见。化验检查;血色素8.8g/100ml,有低血色素贫血和点彩细胞,其它正常,脑扫描图正常,x线检查发现颅骨及四肢骨干骺端有密度深的
