秋紫豆是我国科研人员培育成的菜用豆角新品种,又是弥补蔬菜“秋淡”的肉质豆角新品种,嫩荚肉质肥厚,味道鲜美。该品种的嫩荚呈紫红色,烹、炒后就变成翠绿色。 特征特性 秋紫豆的茎、花、嫩荚均为紫色、种子黑色,嫩角长20~25厘米。适应性强、耐干旱、耐低温、耐瘠薄、喜凉爽、低温气候。播种后65天即可采摘,一般亩产嫩豆角2000~3000公斤,高的3500公斤。在平原和山区收割小麦之后纯种或玉米套种均可。亩可收种子200~250公斤,收入可达1000余元。 栽培要点 海拔1000米以上的6月下旬播种,
