石油化工设备制造中常见的各种压力容器封头有碟形、椭圆形、半球形等。直径较大的封头(如 D>2.5米),多采用分块压制后组对焊接而成;一般的是在固定位置下,采用手工电弧焊,从各种角度进行立焊和横焊。这种方法对焊工的操作技术要求较高,劳动强度大,生产率低,焊接质量难以保证。因此,采用自动焊便成为提高封头制造生产率的关键。经过反复实践,我们采用自动焊试制和成批生产了半球形封头,有效地提高了产品的质量和劳动生产率。

The larger diameter of the head (such as D> 2.5 m), the use of multi-block after pressing the group formed by welding; generally fixed position, the use of manual arc welding, vertical welding from various angles and horizontal welding. This method of welding operation of the higher technical requirements, labor-intensive, low productivity, difficult to ensure the quality of welding. Therefore, the use of automatic welding will become the key to improving head manufacturing productivity. After repeated practice, we use automatic welding trial production and batch production of the hemispherical head, effectively improving product quality and labor productivity.
