齿轮加工机床中,滚齿机占有很大的比重,提高滚齿机的生产率,在国民经济中具有重大的意义。滚齿机的生产率,多受滚刀耐用度的限制,因此提高滚刀的耐用度是齿轮制造中的迫切任务。 滚铣齿轮过程中,滚刀上参加切削的刀齿不多。而且刀齿的负荷及磨损极不均匀。(图1a)滚刀的耐用度决定于其中磨损最大的一个齿。充分利用滚刀全部刀齿的切削刀和使刀齿负荷均匀分配,是提高滚刀耐用度的重要途径。

The productivity of hobbing machines is often limited by the durability of hobs, so increasing the durability of hobs is an urgent task in gear manufacturing. In the process of hobbing and milling, few cutting teeth are involved in cutting on the hob. And the tooth load and wear very uneven. (Figure 1a) The durability of the hob is determined by the one tooth in which the wear is greatest. Make full use of hob all the cutter blade and the tooth load evenly distributed, is an important way to improve the durability of the hob.
