对藕粉市场的研究,起因于做藕粉生意。所以,笔者先后于1998年8月、11月对成都、重庆、贵阳、怀化和上海等地的藕粉市场做了较细致的调查和了解。在我们所到的5个城市中,除怀化属地级市外,其余4个均为省会大城市。经过对批发市场及重要商场、超市的调查,我们发现藕粉品牌并不少,相对比较成功的有“互润”和“南方”牌藕粉系列。由于藕粉市场没有领袖品牌,各自为阵,因而价格体系混乱得无法比较。除包装外,就内在质量而言更是无从说
The study on the lotus root starch market results from the lotus root starch business. Therefore, I conducted a more detailed investigation and understanding on the lotus root starch market in Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang, Huaihua and Shanghai in August and November 1998. Among the five cities we visited, the remaining four are all capital cities except Huaihua. After a survey of the wholesale market and major shopping malls and supermarkets, we found that there are quite a few lotus root brands and relatively successful ones have “Run Run” and “Southern” lotus root starch series. As lotus root powder market leader brand, their own array, so the price system can not be confused. In addition to packaging, in terms of intrinsic quality even more impossible to say
