通过对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金复合添加微量Sc、Zr元素,研究了其在普通金属型铸造和挤压铸造态的组织性能。结果发现,通过Sc、Zr的复合添加,有效细化了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的铸态组织,降低了枝晶偏析,提高了合金的力学性能;通过挤压铸造成形,不仅可以提高合金的致密性,减少缩松、裂纹等缺陷,同时对合金凝固组织具有一定的细化作用。通过微合金化和挤压铸造成形方式的结合,最终可得到均匀细化、致密、少缺陷的合金组织。
By adding a small amount of Sc and Zr elements to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy, the microstructure and properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy in common metal casting and squeeze casting were studied. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy is effectively refined by the addition of Sc and Zr, the dendritic segregation is reduced and the mechanical properties of the alloy are improved. The forming by extrusion casting can not only improve Alloy densification, reduce shrinkage, cracks and other defects, while the alloy solidified tissue has a certain thinning effect. By micro-alloying and extrusion casting forming the combination of the final uniform uniform, dense, less defect alloy structure.
