本文采用简便易行的ANAE染色、观察243例健康人不同年令组外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE活性的正常值,并注意了酶反应物的形式。结果表明不同年令组间ANAE活性是不同的,从新生儿开始随年令增加ANAE阳性率逐渐上升,10岁达最高峰,30岁以后随年令增加,ANAE阳性率逐渐下降。60岁以后更低。所以在考虑机体细胞免疫功能状态时,应注意年令条件。另外酶型也有不同表现形式,可能和T细胞的亚群成熟程度及生理条件变化有关,这一问题还需进一步探讨。
In this study, ANAE staining was used to observe the normal ANAE activity of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 243 healthy people from different year groups. Attention was also paid to the form of enzyme reactants. The results showed that the ANAE activity was different in different year-old groups. The positive rate of ANAE increased gradually from the newborn to the highest in the 10-year-old group. The positive rate of ANAE gradually decreased after the age of 30 with the increase of the year-old. Lower after 60 years old. Therefore, when considering the state of cellular immune function, we should pay attention to the conditions of the year. In addition, there are different forms of enzyme expression, which may be related to the maturation of T cell subpopulations and physiological conditions, this issue needs further study.
