我国的社区矫正与监狱矫正相比,还是新生事物,存在着诸多问题,如社会认知认同度低,相关法律法规不健全、社区工作人员专业素质不高、社区矫正工作投入的经费不足等问题,这些问题归于一点就是社区矫正专业化水平仍然比较低。为此:一是要进一步加大社区矫正的宣传力度,提高社区居民的认知认同度;二是要完善社区矫正的相关法律法规;三是要提高社区矫正工作人员的专业素养和综合素质;四是要加大经费投入,确保社区矫正工作顺利开展。
