“两面性”官员的出现究其根源是公权与私欲的矛盾所致,此外一些官员难以做到“慎独”及政治制度建设方面的漏洞也助长了其“两面性”人格的形成。官员放弃对政治理想的坚守是其“两面性”发生质变的关键一环,制度上的漏洞则为其“两面性”人格的量变提供了便利。“两面性”官员频现官场对领导干部、社会及政治制度建设产生了不良影响,为了早日实现政治清明,国家、官员及大众都应做出相应的努力。
The root cause of the appearance of officials is the contradiction between public rights and selfish desires. In addition, some officials find it hard to achieve the “cautious independence” and the loopholes in the construction of the political system, which also contribute to their “two-sidedness” personality form. Officials abandoning their adherence to political ideals is a crucial link in the qualitative change of their “two sides”, and institutional loopholes provide convenience for the quantitative changes of their “duality” personality. “Two-sidedness ” Officials frequent frequent official circles have adversely affected leading cadres, social and political system construction. For the early realization of political clarity, the state, officials and the general public should make corresponding efforts.
