加强一线政治机关作风形象建设不能脱离基层官兵,必须始终紧紧地和基层在一起。这是由一线政治机关的职能使命决定的,是对机关地位价值的科学理性定位,是传承弘扬政治机关优良传统的现实需要,是一线政治机关履行职责的特殊要求。我们要牢固树立深入深知、基层至上、官兵满意等理念,突出在“帮”字上求突破见成效。
To Enhance the Image of the Style of Political Work in the Frontline Organizations Must not be separated from the grassroots officers and soldiers and must always stay with the grass roots. This is determined by the functional mission of the first-line political organs. It is a scientific and rational orientation of the position value of the organs, a realistic need of inheriting the fine traditions of the political organs, and a special requirement of the first-line political organs in performing their duties. We must firmly establish the concepts of deepening self-awareness, grass-roots level first and satisfaction of officers and soldiers, highlighting the effectiveness of seeking breakthroughs in the word “help”.
