以常州凯悦中心11#商业住宅楼为例,验算了超限高层框架剪力墙结构梁式转换层梁柱构件在中震弹性工况下的承载力,采用ABAQUS软件对结构转换层的关键框支梁柱构件进行了大震工况下的局部应力计算分析,着重分析并获得了转换层框支梁柱混凝土中内置钢筋、内置型钢及混凝土的应力状态和塑性变形。研究结果表明:本工程梁式转换层部分在初步设计阶段确定的框支梁柱的尺寸及配筋是安全可靠的,满足其在中震弹性工况下的承载力要求以及在大震弹塑性工况下的应力和变形要求。
Taking the 11 # commercial residential building of Hyatt Regency Changzhou as an example, the bearing capacity of beam-column members with over-limit high-rise frame-shear wall structure beam transitional layer under mid-earthquake elastic working condition was checked.
