海南省是全国最大的经济特区。作为大特区的精神文明建设,一定要同特区的物质文明建设相协调,相匹配,要走在全国的前列,做全国的表率。 一、对特区精神文明建设的标准应该有更高的要求 1、特区精神文明建设的高标准是特区的社会主义性质决定的 社会主义经济特区是邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论和实践的集中体现。高度的精神文明既是社会主义的重要特征,又是现代化建设的重要目标和重要保证,物质文明和精神文明都搞好,才是有中国特色的社会主义。
