目的:探讨HER-2基因在不同程度子宫颈病变脱落细胞中的表达以及临床意义。方法:采用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)检测脱落细胞HER-2基因,其中宫颈腺癌(SCC)患者18例,上皮细胞内瘤变(CN)患者72例,正常细胞学妇女18例。结果:HER-2基因在正常对照、CNⅠ、CNⅡ/Ⅲ以及SCC患者中的阳性表达率分别为5.6%、10.2%、30.4%和50.0%。CNⅡ/Ⅲ、SCC患者与正常对照,HER-2基因阳性表达均有显著差别(P<0.05);SCC组与CNⅠ和CNⅡ/Ⅲ组比较,HER-2基因阳性表达差别也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HER-2基因高表达在子宫颈癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用,FISH检测HER-2基因可以作为早期子宫颈癌筛查的方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HER-2 gene in exfoliated cells of varying degrees of cervical lesions. Methods: HER-2 gene was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in 18 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma (SCC), 72 cases of epithelial neoplasia (CN) and 18 cases of normal cytology. Results: The positive rates of HER-2 gene in normal controls, CNⅠ, CNⅡ / Ⅲ and SCC were 5.6%, 10.2%, 30.4% and 50.0% respectively. The positive expression of HER-2 in CNⅡ / Ⅲ and SCC patients was significantly different from that in normal controls (P <0.05). The positive expression of HER-2 gene in SCC group was also significantly different from that in CNⅠand CNⅡ / Ⅲ group <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of HER-2 gene may play an important role in the development of cervical cancer. The detection of HER-2 gene by FISH may be one of the early screening methods for cervical cancer.
