本文是日本土木工学博士山崎広宣为上海地铁篡写的一篇技术咨询报告。作者曾在铁建公司任要职数十年,亲身经历了日本盾构技术从开创到高度发展的各个阶段,积累了丰富的实践经验,在技术上持有不少独到的见解。文中以作者本人所见的笔法,从保持开挖面稳定、控制盾构蛇行、保持管片环的整圆度以及管片背面注浆等不同的角度,扼要地介绍了日本盾构技术的发展特点,并在此基础上进一步对至关重要的注浆工程从注浆材料和注浆时间等环节作了较为系统的阐述,尤其是对双液注浆和同步注浆技术作了较为详细的说明,肯定了各自的优点和作用。文章后半部分专门讨论了目前注浆工程中存在的主要问题,对注浆压力、软土地基注浆以及压实沉降等专题进行了较为深入的探讨。
This article is a technical advice report by Japanese Yamazaki Yasuhiro, a doctor in civil engineering declared as a metropolis of Shanghai. The author has worked for IRC for several decades and has personally experienced various stages of the Japanese shield technology from its creation to its highly developed development. She has accumulated rich practical experience and holds many original ideas in technology. In this paper, author’s own writing style, from maintaining the stability of the excavation surface, controlling the snake, keeping the tube ring roundness and the back of the grout grouting from different angles, briefly introduces the development of Japanese shield technology On the basis of this, the key grouting engineering is further elaborated from the aspects of grouting material and grouting time, especially for double grouting and synchronous grouting Description, affirmed their strengths and roles. The latter half of the paper is devoted to discussing the main problems existing in the current grouting engineering. The topics of grouting pressure, grouting of soft soil foundation and compaction settlement are discussed in more depth.
