料流调节阀是无料钟炉顶精确调节布料速度的唯一手段,它与布料溜槽共同控制和保持矿料合理、均匀的布向高炉内的料面。料流调节阀开度值的大小和开口形状直接影响高炉布料的合理性与均匀性。通过对国内大型无料钟炉顶设备中常见的四种形式料流调节阀的深入研究与分析,总结了每种形式料流调节阀的优缺点,并绘制了开启角度与开口面积的曲线,给出了驱动原理图和阀板开启角度精度曲线,对生产实践和高炉冶金设备选型有较高的参考价值。
The flow control valve is the only means of accurately adjusting the speed of the material without the top of the bell. It controls and maintains the reasonable and even distribution of the ore material to the material surface in the blast furnace together with the material chute. The size of the opening value of the flow control valve and the shape of the opening directly affect the rationality and uniformity of the blast furnace fabric. Through the in-depth study and analysis of four kinds of flow control valves, which are commonly found in the domestic large bell-less top equipment, the advantages and disadvantages of each type of flow control valve are summarized and the curves of opening angle and opening area are drawn. The driving principle diagram and the valve plate opening angle accuracy curve are given, which have a higher reference value for production practice and blast furnace metallurgical equipment selection.
