建立了带钢轧制过程有限元模型,考虑轧辊弹性变形以及材料加工硬化、应变速率对带钢变形抗力的影响,模拟更加符合实际工况。计算结果表明,薄带轧制区轮廓存在扁平的中性区,轧制压力会显著增大。传统圆弧轧辊理论不再适用于薄带轧制计算。对模型二次开发,编制自动建模程序及界面,方便离线工程应用。
The finite element model of the strip rolling process was established. The influence of the elastic deformation of the roll and the work hardening and the strain rate on the deformation resistance of the strip were considered. The simulation was more in line with the actual working conditions. The calculation results show that there is a flat neutral zone in the profile of the strip rolling zone, and the rolling pressure will be significantly increased. Traditional arc roller theory is no longer suitable for thin-strip rolling calculations. Secondary development of the model, the preparation of automatic modeling procedures and interfaces to facilitate offline engineering applications.
