随着航空工业的发展,铝合金锻件日益增多,对其质量和精度的要求也越来越高。为了适应生产上的需要,不断采用先进技术,我们将正在制造过程中的300吨双盘摩擦压力机,改制成了一台新型的气动螺旋压力机。一、结构性能保留了双盘摩擦压力机的飞轮、床身、横梁、主螺杆等主要零件,考虑改制不成仍可返回。去掉了两台电机、横轴、两个摩擦轮及操纵油缸系统。增加了两个传动气缸,放在横梁的前后,以带动滑块作上下运动。结构见图1。当滑块向下行时,主螺杆在横梁固定螺母内旋转,带动飞轮作匀加速转动并下降,储蓄能
