我们生产的16.5米~3电动渣罐车的主要部件铜丝母,以前一直是由机务段铸造间先用砂型铸造毛坯,然后在车床上车制螺纹。工序多、成本高、效率低,保证不了渣罐车检修的需要,成为车辆检修的关键问题。从1966年开始,在群众性的技术革新、技术革命运动中,大胆试验金属型无削铸造铜丝母,并在生产中应用,使铜丝母供不应求的矛盾得到了解决,满足了生产的需要,节约了加工工时、降低了成本。现将其工艺过程介绍如下:
