自科技部1997年组织开展技术创新工程区域试点工作以来,在各级党委、政府和科技管理部门的高度重视下,各试点单位在区域技术创新体系、机制、能力和环境建设等方面都取得了很大成绩,为促进当地科技进步和经济发展做出了积极贡献。本刊将从第8期开始对部分“全国技术创新工程示范城市”进行系列报道,旨在进一步总结、交流和宣传区域技术创新工作的成绩与经验,深化区域试点工作,推动区域技术创新持续发展。
