目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)和转化生长因子-α(transforming growth factor-alpha,TGF-α)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测EGFR和TGF-α在66例NSCLC组织、10例肺正常组织中的表达情况,并分析两者的相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 EGFR和TGF-α在NSCLC组织中的阳性率分别为69.7%和71.2%,显著高于正常肺组织(30.0%和30.0%,P<0.05)。在NSCLC中,EGFR的高表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05);TGF-α的高表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。EGFR与TGF-α两者表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-α与EGFR在NSCLC中的表达均增高,两者表达具有相关性,可能在NSCLC的发生和发展中发挥重要作用,可为肺癌基因靶向治疗提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) And its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EGFR and TGF-α in 66 NSCLC tissues and 10 normal lung tissues. The correlations between them and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of EGFR and TGF-α in NSCLC tissues were 69.7% and 71.2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues (30.0% and 30.0%, P <0.05). In NSCLC, the overexpression of EGFR was closely related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P <0.05). The high expression of TGF-α was closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P <0.05). The expression of EGFR and TGF-α were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of TGF-α and EGFR in NSCLC are both increased. The expression of TGF-α and EGFR is correlated with each other and may play an important role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC. It may provide a theoretical basis for targeted therapy of lung cancer.
