丹参是治疗心脏病的传统中药。本文报道了丹参中松香烷类化合物对心脏功能的恢复作用。方法为大鼠的离体心脏处在缺氧条件下,然后给氧45min后观察药物对心脏收缩力的恢复情况,此项研究包括松香烷类成分的分离和化合物的构效关系。作者研究了以下6种成分:去氢次丹参醌(Ⅰ)、亚甲基丹参醌和二氢丹参醌的混合物(Ⅱ)、丹参酮ⅡB(Ⅲ)、丹参二醇A、B和C(Ⅳ~Ⅵ)。结果,6种化合物对缺氧后大鼠心脏收缩力的恢复速度范围为13%~34%,其中丹参二醇B浓度
Salvia miltiorrhiza is a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart disease. This article reports the recovery effect of rosin in Danshen on cardiac function. Methods: The isolated hearts of rats were exposed to hypoxia, and then the recovery of cardiac contractility was observed after oxygenation for 45 min. This study included the separation of the components of the aromatane and the structure-activity relationship of the compounds.
