本文研究了少量Ni,Cr元素对低碳钢氧化铁皮粘附性的影响.利用金相、X射线衍射和电子探针分析了1100—1250℃高温空气氧化后的氧化皮结构与粘附性.结果表明:少量Cr对氧化皮结构无影响,而Ni在1150℃以上使氧化皮形成强粘附性的富Ni金属网丝和楔形浸入金属基体的晶界氧化结构.当Ni,Cr共存时,粘附层的厚度明显增加.因此含少量Ni,Cr的低碳钢,其氧化皮具有较强的粘附性.
In this paper, the effects of a small amount of Ni and Cr on the adhesion of the low carbon steel scale were studied.The structure and adhesion of oxide scale after high temperature air oxidation at 1100-1250 ℃ were analyzed by metallography, X-ray diffraction and electron probe. The results showed that a small amount of Cr had no effect on the oxide scale structure, while the Ni-rich Ni metal wire meshing with oxide scale at 1150 ℃ formed a strongly adherent Ni- The thickness of the adhesion layer is significantly increased, so the low carbon steel containing a small amount of Ni, Cr, the oxide layer has a strong adhesion.
