本文较全面的阐述了利用磁控溅射镀膜设备镀制真空玻璃太阳能集热管选择性吸收涂层(薄膜)新技术,并对适于批量生产高效率高性能的太阳能集热管的先进设备和工艺进行了论述。其设备结构简单、操作方便、性能稳定可靠,薄膜材料来源方便、价格低廉,所镀膜层均匀牢固,使用寿命长,具有较高的集热效果,其吸收率值高达0.95~0.97,辐射率为0.05~0.08;镀管成品率较高,可达95%以上,成本低,与化学工艺相比,可降低成本48%。可见具有明显的经济效益。同时这一新工艺无环境污染,工作人员劳动强度低,对身体无害。
