房屋屋面一般分为平屋面和坡屋面,平屋面又有刚性和柔性之分。屋面保温隔热的效果好坏,与设计、施工和材料有着密切的关系。本文所提出的新的屋面设计方法就是我们在应用中国建筑科学研究院保温防水成套应用技术成果的基础上,并在该院刘志辉工程师的指导下,结合武汉地区的温差变化大,炎热时问长、雨水多的典型气候特点提出来的。保温防水新成果已在武汉地区的工业厂房及民用房屋上做过各种各样的尝试。到1981年上半年为止,大约完成了2万平方米的屋面工程,其中有工业厂房3栋,民用住宅5栋,包括电子楼在内的公共建筑6栋。实践表明技术和经
House roofs are generally divided into flat roofs and slope roofs, and flat roofs are divided into rigid and flexible parts. The effect of thermal insulation on roofs is closely related to design, construction and materials. The new roof design method proposed in this paper is based on the application of the insulation and waterproofing application technology of the Chinese Academy of Building Research, and under the guidance of Liu Zhihui’s engineer, the temperature difference of the Wuhan area has changed greatly.
