本文分析了振动车削的运动特性,根据车削表面不产生残留切屑毛刺的条件提出了振动车削第二临界速度的概念,并分析了车刀安装高度对己加工表面质量的影响。
In this paper, the motion characteristics of vibration turning are analyzed. The concept of the second critical speed of vibration turning is put forward based on the condition that there is no residual chip burr on the turning surface. The influence of tool mounting height on the machined surface quality is also analyzed.
