一、碳—石墨复合轴承 碳—石墨轴承是滑动轴承家族中一个年轻的成员。它的优良性能日益被人们所认识和重视。并在国民经济很多领域得到广泛应用。 随着科学技术的发展,承受重负荷、高速度、高温度、剧腐蚀的机械设备大量涌现,这些设备对轴承提出了复杂而严格的要求,主要是: (a)良好的减磨性(较小的摩擦系数)和较高的耐磨性(合适的硬度);(b)足够的机械强度;(c)良好的耐腐蚀性;(d)良好的耐热性和抗热冲击性(热膨胀系数小);(e)良好的工艺性(加工制造简易);(f)价格低廉。
