本文报导甘油致家兔急性肾功能衰竭后肾脏的超微结构改变,并对其病理生理意义进行讨论。认为肾衰时肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀,窗孔减少,足突裂隙消失严重影响肾小球的滤过功能肾小管上皮细胞微绒毛触合、脱落、胞膜基底内折减少,细胞侧突肿胀导致肾小管重吸收功能障碍。提出肾小管上皮细胞侧突间隙扩大是肾小管液被动回漏的途径之一,基底膜裸露是肾小球毛细血管通透性增高的组织学基础。肾小球囊小管化的机理和意义有待研究。
This article reports the ultrastructural changes of kidneys after glycerol-induced acute renal failure in rabbits, and discusses its pathophysiological significance. That renal failure, glomerular capillary endothelial cell swelling, window reduction, disappearance of foot fissures seriously affect glomerular filtration function of renal tubular epithelial cells microvilli contact, shedding, reduced basal membrane infiltration, the cell side Sudden swelling leads to renal tubular reabsorption dysfunction. It is suggested that the enlargement of the lateral tuberosity of the renal tubular epithelial cells is one of the ways of passive leakage of tubule fluid. The basement membrane bareness is the histological basis of the increased glomerular capillary permeability. The mechanism and significance of tubulointerstitial tubules need to be studied.
