用阻抗法测定了大鼠的脑血流,并观察结扎一侧或双侧颈总动脉以及侧脑室内注射脑血管扩张剂后脑血流的变化,用以建立大鼠非损伤性脑血流测定方法.结果表明:正常大鼠脑血流图(REG)波形特征与人和大动物相似.当结扎一侧或双侧颈总动脉后脑血流减少,侧脑室内注射脑血管扩张剂罂粟硷后脑血流增加,上述改变均能在REG上发生相应的波幅减小和增大的变化,证明本方法可用于大鼠脑血流的研究.
The cerebral blood flow of rats was measured by impedance method and the changes of cerebral blood flow after one or both common carotid artery ligation and intracerebroventricular injection of cerebral vasodilator were observed to establish a rat noninvasive cerebral blood flow assay The results showed that the normal rat brain blood flow pattern (REG) waveform characteristics were similar to those in humans and large animals.When the ligation of one or both common carotid arteries decreased the cerebral blood flow, the intracerebroventricular injection of cerebrovascular dilator papaverine With the increase of blood flow, the corresponding changes of amplitude and increase can all occur on REG, which proves that this method can be used to study cerebral blood flow in rats.
