医院临床科室包括医疗科室和医技科室,是医务人员救护生命机体的现场,是医院管理的基本单兀。临床科室每一次救护生命机体的过程,涉及医务人员、诊疗技术、设施设备、药品器材、必要环境等资源要素;与制造业和其他服务业一样,这些环节和过程均受来自人、机、料、法、环、测“5M1E”六大质量要素的动态影响,存在着质量特性差异的波动和规律性,直接或间接的影响着诊疗工作与病体、与死神抗衡的过程质量,关系到患者的生命安危和家庭幸福、社会安宁。
