本文报告自毒豆(Laburnam anagyroides Medick)中提取与分离呼吸中枢兴奋剂金雀花碱(Cytisne)的新方法。实验材料为成熟的种子,干燥并粉碎后供用。提取方法Ⅰ:1公斤种子粉末,以10%KOH溶液碱化后以氯仿进行渗漉或连续提取器至提取完全。提取液回收氯仿,残余物加入500毫升盐酸,过滤,滤液用活性炭脱色后过滤。活性炭上吸附的金雀花碱以热草酸溶液洗脱。酸液合并,以10%KOH溶液碱化后以氯仿提取,氯仿液以无水硫酸钠脱水
This article reports on a new method for extracting and isolating the respiratory center stimulant Cytisne from Laburnam anagyroides Medick. The experimental material is a mature seed, dried and crushed for use. Extraction Method I: 1 kg of seed powder, basified with 10% KOH solution, followed by percolation with chloroform or continuous extractor until extraction is complete. The extract was recycled chloroform, the residue was added 500 ml of hydrochloric acid, filtered, the filtrate was decolorized with activated carbon and filtered. Sephacryl adsorbed on activated charcoal eluted with hot oxalic acid solution. The acid was combined, basified with 10% KOH solution and extracted with chloroform.
