使药物集中于人体的作用部位,缓慢而有效地释放是治疗疾病较为有效、副作用又小的方法之一。本文综述介绍了具有该作用的一系列剂型及其基质。其中有些工艺简单易行,具有确实效果。如:用水溶性高分子基质制成的蚀解式长效片剂、用膜控方法制备的缓释片剂、膜剂及宫内给药器等。有些是正在研究和发展中的剂型,如可生物降解基质的体内植入装置、在体外磁场引导下定向输送的白蛋白磁性抗癌药物微球、毫微囊等。

Some are research and development of dosage forms, such as biodegradable matrix implantable devices, in vitro magnetic field directed delivery of albumin magnetic anti-cancer drug microspheres, nanocapsules and so on.
