笔者研制抗栓散治疗脑血管病,经临床验证具有确切的疗效,为进一步探索其治疗机理,选用wast ar标准鼠进行了SOD、MDA的实验研究,并与华佗再造丸进行了对比。结果显示:抗栓散具有升高大鼠红细胞内SOD、降低大鼠血浆MDA的作用,经统计学处理P<0.01;其作用强度与华佗再造丸相似,经统计学处理两者无差异。本结果提示活血化瘀药尚有提高自由基清除系统活性,抑制脂质过氧化水平的功效,显示出活血化瘀药具有多系统、多环节的调理功能。
The author developed antithrombotic powder for treatment of cerebrovascular disease, and has been clinically proven to have a definite curative effect. To further explore its therapeutic mechanism, a rat wast ar standard mouse was used for the experimental study of SOD and MDA, and compared with Huatuo Zaizao Pill. The results showed that antithrombotic powder had the effect of increasing SOD in rat erythrocytes and reducing plasma MDA in rats. Statistical analysis was performed with P<0.01. The effect was similar to that of Huatuo Zaizao pill. Statistical analysis showed no difference between the two groups. The results suggest that the blood circulation and stasis drugs still have the effect of improving the activity of free radical scavenging system and inhibiting the level of lipid peroxidation, indicating that the blood circulation phlegm medicine has multi-system and multi-step conditioning functions.
