北京时期的政治家,科学家沈括在其《良方自序》中写道:“南人食猪鱼以生,北人食猪鱼以病,此风气之异也。”“猪鱼”是何物?查历代本草记载不一,近人说法也无定论,为深入探索,究其本义,笔者兹将学习《良方自序》一文关于“猪鱼”之管见,陈述如下: 这篇序文,正如沈括首句曰:“予尝论治病有五难:辨疾、治疾、饮药、处方、别药此五也。”“南人食猪鱼以生,北人食猪鱼以病、此风气之异也。”
