本实验观察了氨酰心安(Ate)与哌唑嗪(Pra)合用对兔主动脉条及肾动脉环收缩力的影响.主动脉条实验表明,Ate和心得安(Pro)低浓度均能加强去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致收缩.高浓度则抑制NA所致收缩,以Pro作用较强.主动脉条及肾动脉环实验表明.Ate可使NA累积量效曲线平行左移,PD。值及最大反应百分率(X)均升高.Pra与Pra及Ate合用均可使NA量效曲线平行右移.最大反应低,Pra单用PA。分别为8.42±0.05(主动脉条),7.86±0.08(肾动脉环).与Ate合用PA 2为意.38±0.03(主动脉条)7.77±0.09(肾动脉环). 。..●--●,f-矗……J— J.●-1,…一.…—…,吼, 、~』.…-nJ .…一.。~…,
This experiment observed the effect of Ate and Prazosin on the contractility of rabbit aortic strips and renal arterial rings. Aortic strip experiments showed that low concentrations of Ate and Prop(Pro) can be enhanced. Norepinephrine (NA)-induced contraction. High concentrations inhibited the contraction caused by NA, with a stronger effect of Pro. Aortic bar and renal artery ring experiments showed that Ate can make the cumulative dose-effect curve of NA parallel to the left, PD. Both the value and the maximum response percentage (X) were increased. Both Pra and Pra and Ate combined can make the NA dose-response curve shift to the right.
