1。改进设计和合理选材: 我们已经知道,工件的形状尺寸是影响产生淬火裂纹的重要因素。为了防止淬火时产生裂纹,设计工件的形状结构时,应在保证使用性能的前提下,力求形状尽可能简单;尽量避免截面厚薄悬殊;截面过渡宜采用较大的半径光滑连接;避免工件上具有尖角、切槽、薄边和边孔等。对于复杂的工模具,可以合理采用组合结构。图3-11是改进结构形状的一些例子。
