本文在能量色散X射线荧光分析系统的效率刻度及散射修正的基础上,用基本参数法对多元合金进行无标样X射线荧光分沂。分析结果表明,对于主成分元素,分析误差约为2%,对于次成分元素,误差低于10%。
Based on the efficiency calibration and scattering correction of the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis system, the standard parameter-based method is used to conduct multielement-free X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The analysis results show that the error of analysis is about 2% for the principal component elements and less than 10% for the minor component elements.
