我厂机修车间自制的一台单臂、工件落地式导轨磨床使用至今已有六年。在此期间我们摸索到一些安装、调整以及使用方面的经验。现介绍于下:实践说明有三个关键因素会影响导轨磨床磨削工件的精度,即:机床床身的变形、工件的装夹变形以及工件磨削时发热引起的变形。一、机床的合理安装和调整由于导轨磨床的床身较长,刚度也较差,因此,其导轨的不直度受安装精度和温度变化的影响很大,而且又会直接反映到工件的精度上去,所以安装时需注意下列三点:
