钢质管道聚乙烯热涂敷技术俗称单层PE技术,是将改性的高密度、低密度或线性低密度聚乙烯粉末通过淋涂的方式涂敷在加热旋转的钢质管道表面,使其热融化,利用熔融液体自然流淌的性能,均匀地附着在金属表面上,经冷凝后形成严密的防腐覆盖层。该覆盖层一次成型,与聚乙烯三层复合结构(俗称三层PE)相比,减少了涂敷施工工序,且不会造成焊缝处的挤压减薄,防腐性能优良。同时,覆盖层的厚度很好设定,对控制成本、提高经济效益具有显著的作用。
